Diet


You probably know a lot of diets if you are overweighted. I heard a lot about diets, thanx God I am not over weighted and it never bothered me.
Recently, I heard from the secretary of my husband, the newest  diet is: to eat a solid breakfast, good lunch and light dinner (dinner before 18:00)Wow, this is excatly the lifestyle  I was raised in, so this diet is proven by my life long experience and is sooo easy. Now I understand the strange look of our guests in the morning: "You always eat so much in the morning? " ;)
